Abstract
Mother's Milk Companion (MPASI) is a nutritious food or drink given to babies or children aged 6-24 months to meet their nutritional needs. The aim is to identify the provision of complementary feeding of breast milk (MP-ASI).
This research method used analytical research with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers with infants aged 0-6 monthsIn community Health centersof Batulicin Batulicin Tanah Bumbu. Primary data obtained through questionnaire while secondary data obtained from KMS book.
The result of statistical test using Chi-Square test with 5% significance level (0,05) got p-value equal to 0,162. The results of Chi-Square test analysis of this study obtained no significant relationship between the Provision of MP-ASI Too Early with Growth.
The conclusion of this research is found that there is no relation of giving milk companion food too early with baby growth 0-6 month in Batulicin Puskesmas Batulicin Subdistrict Tanah Bumbu Regency. Hopefully mother not give MP-ASI too early
