PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN DENGAN METODE STORYTELLING (BERCERITA) DALAM PERSONAL HYGIENE TERHADAP HYGIENITAS KUKU PADA ANAK USIA SEKOLAH
Personal hygiene became an important part in maintaining health. Lack of knowledge and ability in children of school age in the children's personal hygiene led to pay attention to not pay attention to the cleanliness of her. Hygiene of the nails is part in personal hygiene that are often overlooked and considered trivial. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of health education with the methods of storytelling in education personal hygiene against Hygiene of the nail on school age children n class 1 MI Darul Azhar Tanah Bumbu.
This research uses the draft research pre test post test One-Group Design. Sampling techniques in Accidental sampling. Technique of data analysis used to test hypotheses using non parametric statistical tests, namely Wilxocon Signed Rank Test with rate of 5% (0.05).
The results showed before given health education with the methods of storytelling with a percentage of 65.8% or 25 children have hygiene of the nail less clean, and after given storytelling with percentage 81.6% or 22 children had hygiene of the nails clean. Rating 0.000 of which means p p < 0.05.
The conclusion from this study that there is influence of the health education by the method of storytelling against hygiene of the nail on school age children in class 1 MI Darul Azhar Tanah Bumbu.
