Abstract
Quality health services and patient-oriented safety are number 1 and are the main indicators of patient satisfaction, especially in the quality of emergency services so that it becomes the main strategy for health care service organizations in Indonesia to continue to exist amid increasingly strong global competition. Increased public awareness of health makes motivation to seek treatment and recovery at the hospital as a provider of health services, while currently many health care problems use BPJS Health, so that the perception that there are differences in services with general patients. To find out whether there is a relationship between the quality of emergency services and the level of satisfaction of patients using BPJS. Method this was a descriptive correlative study with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The number of samples was 94 people in Priority 2 patients (P2). The results of the analysis test using the Chi Square test showed that there was a significant relationship between the quality of emergency services and the level of satisfaction of patients using BPJS with a value (p value 0,000 <0.05). So thaht conclusions there is a relationship between the quality of emergency services and the level of satisfaction of patients using BPJS.
